2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

Limit one (1) account and one (1) registration per person for this Giveaway. Duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent registrations (including use of alternate emails, names, devices, or accounts) will result in disqualification.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD | WEEKLY DRAWINGS | RESCHEDULING

The Giveaway begins November 9, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends January 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Weekly entry periods run Monday, 12:00 a.m. ET – Sunday 11:59 p.m. ET.

Drawings occur on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET (subject to a ≤ 72-hour delay for illness, emergencies, or technical issues).

Sponsor may delay, reschedule, or shorten the Promotion Period as needed; all timely entries remain eligible for the next drawing. Updates posted on the official Giveaway page.

4. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

Visit the official Giveaway website and complete the Reminder Giveaway Form.

Step 1 (Required): Complete the form (≈ 2 minutes) with name and email and optionally nominate a school or business (where you heard about the Giveaway). Grants one (1) entry.

Step 2 (Optional Bonus Survey): Complete the survey to help improve our discount directory. Grants nine (9) additional entries (total 10) and qualifies you for separate non-cash thank-you drawings (e.g., 1-year gym membership, 1-month gym passes, TV, earbuds, and other items).

Step 3 (Optional Referrals): Share your personal link. When three (3) friends sign up (verified unique entries), you receive ten (10) additional entries (total 20).

All bonus actions are optional and never require payment; they only increase chances in the same random drawings.

Entries carry forward each week. Sponsor may verify entry validity and disqualify self-referrals, bots, or bulk uploads.

5. PRIZES | COMMUNITY IMPACT GRANTS | APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Weekly Cash Prize:

One (1) winner each week receives $500 USD (ARV $500), paid by ACH, check, or Zelle® within 30 days of verification.

Bonus / Thank-You Drawings (Non-Cash):

Step-2 completers are eligible for random non-cash thank-you drawings throughout the campaign. Examples include:

• One (1) Grand Bonus of a 1-Year Gym Membership per month (ARV ≤ $500)
• Several (5–10 per month) 1-Month Gym Passes (ARV $40–$80 each)
• Electronics or accessory items such as TVs or earbuds (ARV varies)

These items do not alter cash prize values and remain within the overall ≤ $5 000 total promotion cap.

All non-cash items may be donated or sponsored; Sponsor reserves right to substitute of equal or lesser value.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Randomized computer drawings each week from all eligible entries then active.

Odds depend on the number of entries received. Entries carry forward.

7. NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Winners are notified by email and must respond within 7 days.

Sponsor may require photo ID and a completed Prize Verification Form. Failure to respond or verify = forfeit. Sponsor may select alternate winner if needed.

8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT & TAXES

Payment is made within 30 days of verification. All taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Form 1099-MISC issued for $600 or more annual total.

9. ENTRY INTEGRITY & REFERRAL VALIDATION

Entries must be made personally. Automated, mass, or fake submissions are prohibited. Referrals count only after three unique verified participants complete Step 1. Sponsor may audit or disqualify entries for misuse.

10. PUBLICITY | TESTIMONIALS | PRIVACY

By accepting a prize, winners consent (where lawful) the use of first name, last initial, city, and state for announcements without further compensation. Sponsor may request an optional photo or testimonial for public release.

Personal data used solely for administration per the Privacy Policy on the Giveaway site.

11. PROMOTION ENCOURAGEMENT CLAUSE

Schools and businesses are welcome to share the Giveaway with their communities; however, promotion is encouraged but not required to be eligible for any prize. No entity is obligated to participate in marketing activities to remain eligible.

12. COMMUNITY RECOGNITION HIGHLIGHTS (BUSINESS OF THE WEEK)

Sponsor may feature one or more local businesses as a “Community Favorite / Business of the Week,” selected from aggregate, non-identifiable survey data reflecting popular mentions among participants.

This is not a sweepstakes award, and no prize or monetary value is conferred. Selections are editorial spotlights only.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS | FORCE MAJEURE | MODIFICATION

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway for fraud, technical failure, or causes beyond its control. If terminated, Sponsor may award prizes from eligible entries received prior to termination.

14. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from participation or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. GOVERNING LAW | DISPUTES

These Official Rules and any disputes arising under or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before bringing any formal claim, Entrant and Sponsor agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. Either party may initiate this process by sending a written notice describing the issue and desired resolution to the other. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after notice, then either party may pursue its claim exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Entrant expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objection based on forum non conveniens. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent immediate harm.
